2. Must not have placed first in any Novice contest, in any organization.
3. Must not have won Overall title in any Novice contest anywhere, in any organization
NO NOVICE and OPEN CROSSOVER IN SAME CLASS. IE; NOVICE BIKINI AND OPEN BIKINI IS NOT ALLOWED.
