3. Must not have won Overall title in any Novice contest anywhere, in any organization
NO NOVICE and OPEN CROSSOVER IN SAME CLASS. IE; NOVICE MENS BODYBUILDING AND OPEN MENS BODYBUILDING IS NOT ALLOWED.
