3. Must not have won Overall title in any Novice contest anywhere, in any organization
NO NOVICE and OPEN CROSSOVER IN SAME CLASS. IE; NOVICE MENS PHYSIQUE AND OPEN MENS PHYSIQUE IS NOT ALLOWED.
